Express manicure and pedicure were great, but 1.5 hours before my scheduled appointment they moved it forward half an hour, so I had to leave work early and rush back so I didn’t miss the appointment I’d already paid for.

I asked for 1 layer as I have very fine hair he chopped off all my hair. Picked up his phone twice during haircut dropped comb twice what a disaster!
