Biba did an amazing job with my hair, knew exactly what she was doing. In all honesty I was shocked that someone so good at what they do working in a small salon in Camden. I've had my hair done in some very expensive, flashy central London based salons before and the results of her work were best out of all. I also saw her do two other clients when I was there and was impressed. I ended up having a brazilian blowdry after my hightlights, too and would recommend it.
This is NOT a nice salon. This is a barber shop. There is a tiny room in the back where women are crammed together to receive haircuts; the rest of the shop is dedicated to the men. The hairdresser was a really nice woman but she had overbooked herself and I was one out of THREE customers that she was juggling at the same time. There was hair all over the floor that no one had time to clean up - I don't usually mind a little but this was actually icky. There were about five customers total crammed into the aforementioned little room at the back. Worst of all I was really not pleased with my cut. It's very uneven and scraggly, because I feel she didn't put any real time or attention into it.
If you want a Supercuts kind of cheap treatment, go here. If you want a salon - don't. I was quite surprised with all the good reviews. This is really not a nice place. It is a barbershop in Camden.
The hairdresser was nice but I lost already 4 extensions this morning and I was expecting her to cut and blend my hair properly. A little bit desapointed.
