I would never have believed the profound effect that simple Hypnosis and NLP techniques can have on someone's life until I experienced them on an advanced management course in 2005. Within 4 years I had qualified as a Hypnotherapist and a Master NLP Practitioner (with Richard Bandler) and learned TFT as well as other energy psychologies to help both myself and other people make changes in their lives. Prior to my therapy work, I had a long and successful IT management career within the publishing industry. I have always loved a challenge and I really enjoy learning new things and I was happiest when I was helping other people to get the best out of their technology. Now I have the pleasure of combining cutting edge technology with my health and wellness work and I really feel that I am now so much better equipped to help people make significant and lasting changes in their lives. I have a specialist interest and training in hypnosis for birth and fertility, as well as a Master NLP qualification and specialist training in NLP4Kids (and Parents/Teachers) as I believe confidence, self-esteem and other useful life skills can and should be learned from a very young age.
