My husband treated my friend and I to a spa day at Brand Hatch Spa and it was really wonderful- I'm recovering from a serious illness and my friend's family is going through a tough time too and it was such a wonderful day. With two beautiful relaxation rooms , roof garden, clear blue pool and a sumptuous cream tea with champagne served in yet another cosy lounge; its was a day I won't forget in a long while- thank you
Receptionist Jodie was extremely helpful with changing our appointments. Lovely place food and treatments great. Very relaxing beautiful rooms and spa very clean and welcoming
Staff very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Slight negative that showers/floors around sauna and shower was quite hairy as they had lot of people using it that morning before us. Is good when not busy in steam room/jacuzzi/sauna area but us very compact so we had to wait to use the jacuzzi. Treatment good and relaxing using elemis products.friendly therapist. Nice elevenses- good service. Would go back- good value for money.
Lovely day at the spa with an excellent massage. Shame there was an exercise class in the pool so we couldn' t use it to start with but we used the hydrotherapy pool instead, lovely even if a bit small.
Lovely relaxing day, good facilities and friendly staff, just what i had hoped for and a lovely afternoon tea , would go again - thankyou
