I’ve had a few treatments at Botanical Beauty and every time I’ve been the staff have been very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is always calm and relaxing (they have lovely therapeutic music in the background while you are having your treatments). The salon is clean and hygienic, and the Covid safety measures they have put in place are to a very high standard which is very reassuring for anyone who is worried about the virus! I will definitely be back again!
I've had waxing facial, nails & massage at this salon. The salon is kept very clean and hygienic. Staff wear face coverings and keep their hands washed & everything in the treatment rooms are changed & cleaned inbetween clients. The treatments I have had have been exceptional. The therapists are warm and friendly and make me feel relaxed and special the moment I walk in and they pay particular attention to my individual needs. I will keep returning :-)
The best salon I have visited very clean the most amazing staff . It is a really great place to feel welcomed and comfortable. The treatments are 1st class always come out feeling relaxed and happy

Very professional. I went for a massage and would definitely go again. The staff were very helpful and conscious of COVID safety which I greatly appreciated.
