Bonnie gets annoyed to do the hot wax because the floor becomes dirty .
She got annoyed very easily when I was feeling in pain and instead that make me feel better she was insisting that I was too sensitive .
Even if I was explaining that in the groin I would have prefered to have hot wax she almost forgot
The wax was too hot and at all my shirt at the end was full of residual wax.
I was felling treated in the rush as it was her last appointment in the day .
I really do think she needs to learn how to treat clients.
She asked also many questions on my private life making comments that were not required .
I found her totally unprofessional and totally in respectful.
She doesn’t know how to treat people . Her only interest is to finish early and be quick with no consideration that she warms with bodies people .
I won’t never go again !
