Staff were lovely, the therapist gave some tips to my mum to help with the pain in her back and legs. It was quite painful for her but felt better afterwards as it helped to loosen all the muscles. I was given a magazine to read while I was waiting which I appreciated so I was pretty happy with what I paid for!

Bonnie Piccio is based inside a gym so the waiting area is a chair in a cold corner of the gym where they are playing loud music. There's also no proper receptionist so there's no way for Bonnie to know if you've arrived or not, so she had assumed I was late after I nipped to the loo after waiting a few minutes. The room is small and fairly cramped, and I'm also not a massive fan of having to strip in a corner while the therapist is in front of me, chatting away.
However, the massage itself was incredibly good. Bonnie was excellent at finding all the sore bits and really working on them to relieve tension. I was really pleased to get a proper, firm massage that rather than some of the rather ineffectual ones I've had from beauty therapists in the past. It was also a really thorough full body massage, including hands and feet - the foot massage was particularly blissful so I imagine the reflexology is also great.
If you're after a pampering, spa-style experience, you're going to hate this, if you want a really good massage though, I would recommend it.

Bonnie was very patient with me although this was a very painful experience. Is the days after and I have quite an aggressive red rash but fingers crossed this will be gone by tomorrow.

Though the atmosphere is a bit far from a spa--as noted, the service is provided within a gym--Bonnie is friendly, nice, and talkative. I'm a week and a half out from the waxing and it is still lasting long. I thought the quality of the service was very good for the price. I appreciate that she takes bookings via text message.
