The lady who did my waxing was lovely and that’s the only reason this wasn’t a 1 star .. For me personally, Hygiene in this place wasn’t up to its best standard-I mean the venue looks clean, very petite and fresh - but the waxing however. The lady used the same spatula during my whole Hollywood wax , of course Hollywood wax can produce blood, and she uses the same spatula to dip into the pot so the thought of how many other clients blood/sweat etc is in there was terrible for me- also the fact the wax pot look like it had never been cleaned & the lady never wore gloves the entire time. The waxing was very painful and I understand it’s meant to be painful as I’ve shaved most of the time so it can become quite coarse but this was unbearably painful where I couldn’t finish treatment and just wanted to get out which I’ve never had with any waxing treatments before I’m usually a very understanding person when it comes to beauty salons and treatments but I felt the overall experience was unpleasant

Wonderful massage inside the Renaissance Hotel - a little hard to find, so I asked the Front Desk. Spa is actually in the basement as part of the fitness center. But still a very nice, clean, room - it was not too noisy, but I could hear a small amount of ambient noise. The Therapist Umendra was excellent. I chose the Aromatherapy Massage and it was FABULOUS. I will return next time I'm in London!

Nice small place, very clean and the staff are relly friendly. They had a problem with timings but they made up for it with their great service.
