No one speaks English and it was EXTREMELY dirty. I’d avoid at all costs. They don’t do any hair treatments here. It’s just nails, should amend what their services are. My rating is 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me rate it that low so it’s 1 star.

I had to wait for the stylist to arrived so my appiontment started much later. However when they arrived my hair was done in1 and 30 minutes and they were friendly.

The Salon was very dirty and disorganised. The stylist kept dropping the comb on the floor and then used it again and again on my hair without washing it or replacing the comb for a new one. They (implying to all staff in the salon) seem to be using the same comb on every customer without having it washed or cleaned. I made an early appointment yet the salon only opened about an hour and a half later. The lady doing my hair was not a trained stylist and nearly combed off all of my hair during the blow dry and the twisting. She is probably more used to working with relaxed hair and not natural Afro hair. She didn't section my hair to make it more manageable and instead of combing and detangling from the ends and working her way up to the roots she just stuck the fine tooth comb in from the roots and dragged it down my hair pulling out chunks of my hair. It was a very painful experience and it left my head a bit sore afterwards. Overall the style I ended up with was ok for the price although I wanted the twists a bit smaller, the stylist was rushing so made them slightly bigger to save time. I don't think I will be returning or would recommend this salon unless drastic changes and improvements are made. They need major improvements in their customer service and the cleanliness and appearance of their salon. They need to be more focused on the quality of the service and hair styles finesse/finish that they are providing rather than trying to finish off each customer as quickly as possible to move on to the next customer.
