I really like the welcoming, friendly atmosphere. After colouring my roots thoroughly, Katie carefully washed, combed my hair, so it did not pull. Before cutting, Katie asked me if I was still trying to grow my hair, it was good that she asked, as I did not want my hair too short this time. After the cut and blow-dry, my hair was soft and shiny, in great shape and the colouring was a perfect shade. I loved the outcome, so did my colleagues at work who commented on how good my hair looked.
