It was my first time getting my hair done here and Karl was brilliant. He was very welcoming, listened to what I wanted and done a fantastic job on my hair. My hair was a dark brown before and he was able to get it to a very light blonde in one sitting. The salon was warm, bright and staff were very friendly. Overall very happy with my hair and will be going back when I need a touch up.
