My appointment was at 10am as I usually book my appointments at that time. Raf seemed in really bad mood, my hair were washed in 1 min including conditioner and the whole process seemed rushed. Salon was full of old cut hair, they were everywhere! Also I paid 36£ which was supposed to be discounted from 60! for trim and to dry my hair...I litterly had it cud 1 cm! the brush used to comb my hair was full of others people hair... I don't recommend and will not return.
