After an initial consultation your BEST Food Coach will provide you with a specialised Eating Plan designed to get your best body back. This is just the start though, they will then work with you on a 1:1 basis to ensure that you understand the plan and why we are doing what we are doing. They will also help you overcome any challenges you face executing the plan - They really are your own personal food coach.

Over the time period you spend working with your coach they will constantly measure your progress and amend the plan as we go along to ensure you keep progressing towards your goals. They are also always available to ensure you continue to have no problems executing the plan.

This process is not just a case of giving you a plan and expecting you to get on with it. Your coach will help you EVERY step of the way to ensure that after 6 or 12 months not only have you made massive improvements, lost that tummy and got your best body back, you also have knowledge that you can use for the rest of your life, not only for you but family members and children.
