We found the spa to be a bit below temp so found it difficult to relax fully. Our treatments were for 60 min (including consultation but I was out after 40 minutes (a full 20 min before my friend). A shame as the facilities themselves were lovely.
Amazing from start to finish, the staff were super friendly, phoned prior to our visit to confirm the day and when we'd like lunch. Great experience and value for money.
Pool side was a little noisy when it was opened up to children but that didn't bother us too much
Belton is a beautiful place and very clean but....we booked through Treatwell and on the advise of the website chose our treatment and phoned Belton to book this AFTER paying for the voucher. We were told by the receptionist(after I had tried 3 times and emailed for contact) that we couldn't have the hour treatment as they were fully booked and we could only have 30 mins each unless we moved the day to another date(this was a birthday treat for me and the date was not flexible) She then told me that I should really have checked with Belton to ensure that I could get the treatments Treatwell were offering but as I said to her that this was not the instruction on the site. to which she replied that they had no control of what was on that site. Surely if someone is selling your product you have an input on what they offer and you should be checking that they are giving the correct info to your potential customers. Anyway we arrived at Belton Spa and were shown around and then went into enjoy the facilities. The pool was very nice, the Jacuzzi good but a little too warm, the steam room and sauna good. That was a far as the facilities went. We had lunch included which was a light lunch but very tasty. The relaxation room was lovely just before the treatments. My hubby was having the neck, should and back massage which he said was very good. However my manicure was not so much that but a 15 minute file and polish. The young lady was very good but I could have done the same thing at home so I did feel a little underwhelmed. All in all the Belton Spa is a hotel with spa. I have been to Eden Hall and Thoresby Hall and expected a little more from Belton but it is a clean relaxing place but for the money I will not be returning.
Thoroughly enjoyed our day at the spa felt very relaxed and it was nice to have plenty of time and not to rush anything.Only fault was nearly 3 hours after leaving the spa i got a phone call asking if we had paid and could we email confirmation through to them.We had been at the spa for 6 hours ,surely this should have been checked while we were there.

Treatment was good. Facilities are what you would expect. The pool and jacuzzi are shared with the leisure centre and therefore are likely to be filled with children on weekends or school holidays.
