I have never ever ever written a bad review on wahanda...until now!
I went in for a full leg and free bikini wax....was kept waiting for 15 minutes, even though I had booked this appointment. Admittedly, I did change the time at a later date, but I had give sufficient warning to the salon.
After the super fast waxing (thank you to both the girls, who were amazing, I cannot fault them) I went to show my wahanda voucher....only to be told that they do not accept wahanda vouchers and are not advertised with wahanda....EVEN THOUGH THE VOUCHER HAD THEIR CONTACT NUMBER, ADDRESS, COMPANY NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS!!! I had to then run out and pay for a treatment that I had already paid for prior to treatment. I was told by the owner thatI had to take this up with wahanda and get a refund. When I asked the Owner if they had spoken to Wahanda to be taken off, I was told ' No, you speak to them' Excuse me what??? If you are not on wahanda as you have told me, shouldnt YOU be speaking to wahanda to be taken off to stop mis-leading other potential customers??
I am NOT happy with this salon and shall be speaking to the Trading Standards Office and speaking with Wahanda to get refunded not just on my e-voucher BUT the price of my wax that I had to pay out to this salon!!!
