Staff members are very nice and do put you at ease. But the room where the wax is done is too dim, therefore waxing not done properly. There were spots on legs and bikini area that were missed...but not aware till I got home. Will try Bella's for other treatments just not waxing.

Bella is really lovely and puts you at ease. It is also good value for money as a lot of places overcharge for hot wax treatments.

The therapist was brilliant - so friendly and nice. And the place is a chill, relaxed environment (quite quiet). I will definitely go back. Plus...she had a brilliant selection of bright nail colours!
