After reading the reviews and seeing the rating I saw that some people wrote amazing reviews, some a few negative so i decided to go anyways as the reviews were really good. I booked a few treatments as I am going to on hollywood for two weeks. I can definitely say I had the best service so far, I have been to many salons before but most of them are full of people walking up and down, lots of noise and they don't smell good. Bella's was the opposite the smell was lovely and it felt very much at home, the environment and off course the therapist made me feel very comfortable. I had intimate wax done and it was painful, quick and usually I am very timid but the therapist calmed me down as I was nervous which made me extra comfortable. The waxing I would give it 5*. Also got a manicure, pedicure,eyebrows wax,facial & a mini massage. I was very amazed and happy with the treatments. The therapist who did my eyebrows, Sabrina she created a beautiful arched eyebrow shape and tinted them perfectly they didn't look to light or dark. I thought it would be hard to find the place but it was ok, all it takes is to go in and you will see it, so I do think that the reviews talking about how difficult it was or how it's weird that it's in the back of the shop were a bit to exaggerated. I loved my service, definitely go back and recommend it to friends :)
I had lots of treatments at this venue and every time I came out super relaxed and I fell very special as the customer service is excellent and very good value for money ...... You will not find a pedicure like this any where in clapham as they take away all your dead skin and always includes a scrub and a massage and that for me is my treat ...and manicures are exactly the same range of colours are what you expect for summer so aim very happy with the bright colours they use and I had tried waxing and always 5 start for me as minimum pain is what I really look for when waxing is related thanks girls is a big 5 start from me ....

When I arrived (after eventually finding it at the back of a shop!) the salon was closed and the lady had gone home. The shop owner managed to get hold of somebody and I had to wait in the shop for a different lady to come in place of her as everybody had gone home. The lady who did turn up was lovely, and she was very apologetic on her behalf. She did my eyebrows well, though I have had much better. However, it was certainly not HD brows. For £15 it wasn't bad value and I was fairly pleased with them, but it was certainly an 'in and out' kind of place and not the exact treatment that was advertised.

Poor range of colours of gel polish, about 6 only. Very pleasant lady. £21 OK for what I had but wouldn't have wanted to pay £31.
