Wasn't very thorough and there were multiple times when the wax wasn't pulled off all at once but from a few times yanking at it. Really sore afterwards, one of the worst waxes I've had

It was brilliant. I have been meaning to go here to get a treatment for some time because I know it has a good reputation. The service was brilliant. The rooms have all been nicely decorated. The customer service and attention to detail was good. Would definitely recommend it to others and go there again. I had problems before with gel polish damaging my nails but they are very careful here about the treatments they use so that they are the best possible and don't cause any damage. It was also incredibly fast. In my previous salon I could spend up to 2 hours getting my nails done, here for a shape and paint I was out with dry nails within half an hour. Loved it!
