Therapist was sweet and attentive however the work itself was a bit confused also a lack of selection. Every colour I picked was old and dried out so was advised to go for another and ultimately ended up with a shade I wasn't keen on. Shaping, cleaning cuticles was fine but no base or top coats applied so it lasted a day. Threading was perfect.
