I booked online two treatments (threading and shellac nails) but when I got there I had to cancel one of the treatments last minute even though I had paid. The manager, lovely as usual offered me to rebooked for the next day and did the eyebrows. I went this morning to do my nails and she did an amazing job as usual! Love my new nails and eyebrows and really quick!

Staff was quite presumptuous. Went for a haircut, basic trim. When it came to pay the bill, the hairdresser had colluded with another hairdresser and increased the price from her initial set price. When I asked why, was told that it was due to styling the front side of the face. Was cheated off as the hairdresser casually proceeded to trim/"style" the front of the face and asked me how I liked it. Not once did she mention extra cost and led me on the assumption it was covered in the basic trim. Don't go here, you might end up paying for unexpected add ons.
