A LOVELY THERAPIST WHO WAS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH APPOINTMENTS, MY SKIN FELT GREAT AFTERWARDS REALLY REFRESHED ALSO VERY REASONABLE PRICES FOR VARIOUS OTHER TREATMENTS, WILL DEFINATLY USE AGAIN FOR MORE TREATMENT .
Great value for the money, lovely consultant and a good treatment. Calm and relaxing atmosphere and I was pleased with the services. I will recommend to a friend and will go back again for more treatments.

Sophia was very pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed the facial that she carried out and found it very relaxing. The session was spoilt by the other treatment that I had which was an eyelash and eyebrow tint. The product used to remove the surpluss dye really stung my eyes and when Sophia was removeing the dye I thought she was going to take my eyes out of their sockets, she was very very rough. I always thought that you had to treat the skin around the eyes very gently but she draged the cotton wool pads down my face and gouged them into my eyes. it was a very unpleasant experience. This is the first time that I have had this treatment and to be honest it has really put me off..

I went to the salon and wondered how it would be - to my surprise i had a great experience the theripest was great the atmosphere was lovely too, the whole experience of the treatment was 10/10, I would highly recommend any treatment there.
i was very disappointed with my massage today as i wanted total relaxation after a horrible week at work i did not get that during my massage and found in my ten minute quiet time that sophia came in and disturbed me three times because she forgot something
there was no privacy and dignity during the session as i had to get undressed in front of sophia and then found sophia opened the blinds when i was putting my clothes on and chose to stay in the room
sophia gave advice during the session but at times spoke of her stress at having to move twice and the stress of building up clients which i found not very professional
i would not go back to her again as i found ian who works in the same shop much better
