Lovely lady who treated me very well. I had a Tropical facial and a hot stone massage. So relaxing and I can't believe how nice my face looks now. Very good value for money. Place was hard to find and a little more information about having to phone when you arrive so that you can be let into the building would have been helpful. Otherwise ,brilliant.

Booked three treatments. When I arrived at the venue, the beautician tried to tell me that no booking had come through despite confirmation from Treatwell and my having prepaid for all treatments. She then said her assistant had had an emergency and couldn’t carry out the treatment. Avoid. Or at least confirm appointment by phone before travelling. I am still awaiting a refund.

The member of staff was courteous. The actual location of the studio within the complex is quite hidden away. I enjoyed the massage but the facial didn't quite work for me.

Turned up to reception and no one in. Waited 40 mins and no show. Got a call to reschedule but this was cancelled again. Then couldn’t get hold of anyone and ended up never having the appointment.
