We had a lovely relaxing day , lunch was a little disappointing it was served in a box and we were only offered water to drink with the meal, our treatment was the best part of the day
Massage was lovely and staff were friendly and pleasant. However Spa leaves a lot to be desired (pool and hydropool both shut because of technical faults and we were not informed of this on our arrival - just overheard another customer asking when the pool was going to be open). Steam room was cold with no steam so our 'spa' visit consisted of a sit in the sauna. Really unimpressed and felt we had been ripped off - was happy to pay for the massage but the rest was wasted money. Place also needs some investment and a really good clean - changing rooms smelt and floor (as well as poolside floor) filthy, there is no way they can have been cleaned on a daily basis and we arrived in the morning not at the end of the day. Do not go here if you want a luxury (even just a nice!) spa treat; personally would say only worthwhile if you get a good deal on a treatment which basically means you are using the facilities for free.
It was my 1st visit to Redworth Hall as a birthday treat I decided to book an overnight mini pamper break for myself and my friend.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Spa facilities were excellent and rooms spacious and comfortable.Restaurant staff very informative about the menu giving plenty of time for you to choose your meal...I would recommend to friends and would visit again at the next opportunity.
just came back from a one night stay with 3 course evening meal and use of spa facilities, and breakfast. room was lovely and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. really enjoyed spa. pool is a little dated but still fab! meal on evening was fantastic! really nice. staff a little slow at clearing table, but it was a very busy night. lovely nights sleep, and the delicious breakfast buffet. will definitely go back and will recommend.
