We were very disappointed with our spa day at Redworth Hall, The spa and gym facilities need updating and we were not impressed with the overall cleanliness, especially in the changing rooms. Lunch was very very poor, a box with a few sandwiches which had no butter so the filling fell out! hugh chunks of carrot and cucumber with mayo, a few salad leaves, melon and a bit of not very nice cake. we were not even offered tea and coffee just a glass of tap water! very disappointed for £45 each. I have mailed the hotel but had no reply.
The staff were more than happy to help with anything and loved the place and the staff so much we have now booked our wedding here
Brilliant value for the money, the spa, staff, lunch and the treatments were all top quality. Sixty minutes of treatments, all day Spa access and a lovely lunch were all included for 75pp. Will definitely go back.
we had an amazing time celebrating our friends 50th birthday. a spa weekend was just what we needed. the treatments were fabulous and the girls were lovely , v informative and attentive. great value for the sunday night package.
