Serena was nice and massage was ok, nothing spectacular in technique. You should have a cushion for the head when you turn someone over and under knees to protect hips
The room was filthy and crammed which was on my mind. I have taken pictures. The floor has not been cleaned or even swept in a long time.
The massage bed is also really short and against the wall as it's basically an old cupboard that's used. I'm 5'8 and although tall, not that tall. My feet were squashed against wall.
