There was a minor mishap with their system not being properly connected to Treatwell, but they were super friendly and sorted it out very quickly (I doubt this is a recurring thing). My therapist was SO attentive and went above and beyond with regards to my treatment. The only issue was the room being too small, so every time she needed to change sides my bed had to moved which made it a little difficult to relax. But overall I would definitely go back again!

Very disappointed.... the staff was great and the place was clean but 20mins after the procedure I noticed that my lashes were all crooked and broken in a zig zag shape... It took 2 months of grooming and using oils to nourish and bring my lashes back to their initial state
