I wouldn't know about the experience, when I called for direction just before my appointment which was booked with yourselves for last week Friday at 6:30. The lady apologised and said that she was fully booked. (This was the first and last time that I have managed to get hold of her. ) She had someone coming in that was getting married the next day and was fully booked till 9pm. She said that she would try and get me in on the Saturday, or arrange for a full refund. I have been trying to get hold of her since friday evening to leave her with my mobile number. She said she "couldn't contact me before as she didn't have my number but now does". When I got home I relished I called off my work phone and tried to call her to find out if she could fit me in on Saturday and to give her my mobile number. I didn't hear back from her. I can only assume it was because she was to busy to reply and must be good or understaffed as it's impossible to get hold of her. I have been trying constantly a different time everyday but no answer. I have left a couple of voicemails but no reply. I booked it through yourselves as I couldn't get hold of her in the first place. I wanted to double check on the product as I have never had a wrap before. It was a great surprise and relief when I managed to book it so quickly and easily on your site. However a big disappointment that my booking wasn't available, I didn't receive a follow up call to say yes or no I can fit you in on Saturday and I am still waiting for my full refund? I don't want to put anyone down as I have not had an experience of their wrap or meeting the team but it's coming upto a week now and I still haven't had a response or my full refund, that I was promised. I am now writing to you, the company I booked it through to give me my money back as I did not recive my purchase.
