This was my first time at the Balham spa and I really enjoyed it, the staff were nice & it was decorated well. They had good music videos playing to keep you entertained. Bao did my nails really well and knew exactly the trend I wanted when I showed him a picture. Will definitely be going here to get my nails done regularly now.

No hand massage what so ever, which I always get when I have my manicure done. The overall experience I had with the girl did my manicure was not ok, enough to put off and not wanting to go back there!

Apart of the 15 minutes delay of one girls of the staff everithing was really nice, properly clean and really helpful staff!
