Sarah is a really friendly therapist which I love, as you go in some salons and aren’t made to feel like a valued customer at all. My treatment was quick and effective. There were a few stray hairs I still needed to pluck out when I got home, but overall very pleased.
Was left with chunks of wax still stuck to me and quite a lot of hair left. Was done in a dark room which didn’t help with the thoroughness. Very patchy, only took 15 mins with no check done to ensure all hair (and remaining wax) was removed.
