Terrible massage place. Firstly the table had a very smelly old towel which you had to lie on - no towel given to cover yourself. The masseur clearly had no idea what they were doing kept simply running their hands up and down no obvious technique. I've had lots of massages and none have been like this. She seemed disinterested kept looking up at the ceiling never asked where I would like attention e.g. back. At the end started to massage my stomach! At this I asked her to stop! Awful

Great massage, really concentrated on the areas I mentioned and used a range of techniques to help get out the knots in my muscles.

This was a really nice massage, very reasonably priced and with just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling much lighter and more relaxed, with a lot of the tension eased.

Great massage - worked out a lot of muscle knots - although massage ended 15 minutes early...didn't realise until masseuse had left the room, by which point was too late to resolve!

I'm having a serious back pain today and walk in to Be health on Dean Street, the environment is very comfortable and the practitioner are very friendly and she recommended me to have an acupuncture session following by cupping and the therapeutic massage. After the treatment, I feel the back pain was gone and I will strongly recommend if you have a problem same like me.

Great price for threading: £5 promotion, but I left with one eyebrow bushy, and the other done. The thread kept on catching - whether it was not threading string, the girl wasn't holding properly or something else, my eyes were tearing up a huge amount. I wouldn't recommend threading here until they've had more practice.

hard to find the venue at first (they have 3 shops i think). had my eyebrows threaded in about 2 minutes, very quick job, no fussing, no high quality customer service, but absolutely fine for me as i literally just wanted my eyebrows threaded quickly :) thanks, i will be back.

I sent my mum there to have acupuncture done but they only used 5 needles and 2 of them fell out so there wasn't any really acupuncture treatment and they did not give cupping treatment saying she doesn't need it. Mum said it was a waste of time and felt no difference.

I have bought a number of Wahanda Mobile Deals over the past three and I've always been pleasantly suprised by the value for money from these offers. On this occassion I was shocked by the service and treatment I received at this venue.
I arrived at what seemed to be a typical Chinese medicine retail shop. At the reception it didn't seem like the kind of place I'd have a holistic treatment, it was like a shop on the high street. I was taken to a room which felt unhygienic, it was cluttered like a store room at the back of a high street sweet shop. The therapist went through a checklist of questions regarding my health relating to the accupuncture I was about to have. I was supposed to have 30 min accupunture and 15 mins of cupping. The therapist decided I didn't need cupping, so I agreed having to have 45 mins of accupunture. As we went through the checklist I felt the therapist was using every opportunity to sell me something I didn't need.
When the treatment was started the therapist didn't explain anything in terms of what to expect or what was to be achieved. So in have the needles on my forehead and feet I felt so anxious because I didn't know what would happen next. After 15 minutes the therapist reappeared she finished by giving me a 20 second head massage. I felt I was disregarded as a customer as I had a voucher and only paid a fraction of the real price. I was completely shocked and disgusted by my experience at this venue. I wouldn't ever consider paying full price at this venue or even buying a cut price introductory offer.

You are right to be wary. This is a well known place where men get happy endings from the therapists !

Having never had acupuncture before i was a little bit nervous but the therapist put me at ease straight away as he was very thorough in asking questions about my health etc and answering questions. It was a very relaxing treatment and i really enjoyed it, so much so that i booked a course at the very good discounted price they offered me. I felt great afterwards as well and slept like a log that night!
