painful, but probably in a good way. The massager did not really explain what he was doing, or give feedback on whether there were knots/postural issues/ joint issues, but i guess he is a masseuse not a physio! Some of the techniques felt very effective, espcially hip and glute activity, and i did feel much much better afterwards.

The massage was good but I have experienced better ones before. Dr Baliga is a nice guy, everything is straight forward and it is all about the job to be done. Surprisingly I liked that. No fake smiles, no promotion, no unwanted decoration and perfumes... simple stuff. I was a little late but Dr Baliga treated me for the whole amount of time I payed and he also spent some extra time giving me advice and exercises. I recommend this place.
