Dr Raghav Baliga (Ayurveda Doctor) BAMS, MSc, MRes Dr Baliga graduated with a master’s degree in Neuropharmacology from University of Leicester. During his undergraduate programme in India he undertook extensive training in Medicine and Ayurveda, which gives him a wide range of skills and experience to help patients create sustained improvements in their health. He is also trained in Sports Massage therapy from London School of Osteopathy. Before moving to London and setting up his own practice in Ayurveda, he had a successful career as a Junior Doctor and Pharmacologist in India. This gives him a thorough understanding of difference in the impact of Ayurvedic Medicine over conventional Medicine on therapy. He is focused in supporting patients to achieve lasting benefit and wellbeing with the help of Ayurvedic Medicine, helping them find balance in their life. He has experience in treating chronic digestive, skin, neurological, musculoskeletal and menstrual disorders. He is well versed in providing Ayurvedic Prakruti (body constitution) Analysis, treating patients by advising diet and lifestyle modification or with the help of Ayurveda Medicine and therapies like Panchakarma (detox), Abhyanga, Sports Massage, Shirodhara, Nasya and Rasayana (rejuvenation) therapy. Raghav believes one can improve their quality of life or alleviate their suffering by following a right diet and lifestyle.
