I booked this for my partner and I for his birthday and it was wonderful! We arrived early to use the steam room in our private changing room before our massages. Then afterwards used the relaxation room before popping back to the steam room again for a bit. The only thing that wasn't communicated was that we had a time limit! We were quite surprised when someone knocked on the door and told us we needed to go! Not a problem, but it would have been good to know when booking.

Amazing time at the spa. It was private just for me and my partner. Lovely therapist and the relaxation room was a nice touch. Overall we would definitely recommend the spa.

This is the 2nd time I go to Baglioni spa for a massage and on both occasions they've been great! The massage is very relaxing and the staff very polite and profesional. Facilities are also very clean.

I went for a couple Swedish massage with my wife. There was a bit of confusion when we got to the spa because we were told we had to share the changing room which also acts as a steam room with another guest. The other guest didn't show up in the end, but it felt a bit awkward. Other than that the relaxation room was nice and the massage was great.
