My back was not in great shape, I was really stiff and uncomfortable knot on my shoulder. I explained this and was asked what level of pressure, i asked for firm.
Thats exactly what i got! It was a tough massage,with plenty of groans from me, but the massage was really thorough. I was tender for the next 2 days but it was worth it as the shoulder pain has gone.
I would highly recommend Baan Thai if you want a genuine massage.

Wow what can I say! Nattida is incredible. Nattida is so lovely and and such a bubbly lady, you fill in a brief form highlighting the parts of the body you feel the most tension as well as highlighting if you have any illnesses,allergies or skin sensitivity which is very professional as most places I’ve been to are not this thorough. I was dying for a glass of water and there was a bottle of water and face cloths waiting for new customers, such a thoughtful idea. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. First when you walk in you’re are transported to Thailand, the decor is lovely and it feels like you’re on holiday which was so needed during this virus. The Thai Massage was INCREDIBLE. I’ve never had a massage like this in my life, I felt like I was dreaming afterwards! You’re given a hot towel flannel after the massage which is another thoughtful touch. I’ve never had this level of service anywhere else. I suffer from chronic back pain and after the deep tissue massage I finally felt so light afterwards, my back felt amazing! I’m never going to anyone else in Bournemouth. Do not go to any other masseuse in Bournemouth you will know EXACTLY what I’m talking about after you book with Nattida. Thank you again!

Lovely lady, I would definitely see her again for a massage. She really took into account the niggles with my back/shoulder and worked on them.
