I took my partner for his birthday 2nd February. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa relaxation room was perfect. And our facial and back massages were really really nice!

Therapists were excellent. However - wasn't the most relaxing of relaxation rooms - it overlooked the reception area and was very cold, staff did their best bringing in heaters but didn't really help and you could hear everything from outside.
Treatments ok. But spa facilities are just a leisure centre. Kids swimming lessons happening when we went. Not a relaxing spa experience at all very disappointed.
I have just comeback from an 'exclusive day spa'at atlas health spa I booked through last minute booking. My experience at the venue would say was average due to the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. I was expecting to get more explanation of what is going to happen, clarification of what treatments I am receiving, because on my voucher it stated I have choice of hot stone, Swedish, armotheraph. I had a feeling they were not really familiar with this vouchers as they wanted to charge£6 me for the towels and a robe eventhough it stated in the voucher it was included in the price..and what I got was a brief welcoming and taking me the relaxation room. I was waiting there and wasn't sure what is going to happen. I have waited 10 minutes for someone to come didn't get change because I thought someone will be coming over to go through the health questions I think because I didn't get change quickly my time slot was shorter for my facial treatment which didn't last the whole 25 minutes but only 10-15. Although I would say the massaging ( not of my choice!) was really good and the girl who did it was very professional and polite. My voucher also stated I would be receiving a glass of Bucks fizz or smoothie which I never did. We only had available ice water and tea bags with not really hot water in thermostat. So I would definitely not call this experience of an 'exclusive spa day.'
I had a great time, staff briliant and very professional, great value on the deal. However my wife who was with me did not hvae a great experience and os it si very much dependent upon the therapist you get allocated. Nice lcoation, changing facilities and relaxing areas. The steam, sauna etc is shared but its still OK.
