Staff were friendly, welcoming & accomodating. Treatments (facial & body wrap) were lovely and the ladies delivering them were very professional & knowledgeable. Spa was a bit of a let down though- very small space and did not live up to expectations.

Overall the visit was pleasant. The spa is small with no relaxation room. Mens changing rooms were very cramped. Only one shower which was dirty. The sink and/or toilet was leaking all over the toilet floor.

Exceptional, clean interiors. Staff was very kind and professional. The massage and face treatment was executed extremely well.

The whole experience was great, spent an hour enjoying the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room before a very relaxing massage, and probably the highlight was the facial, I've rarely felt so relaxed. Strangely, for a 5 star the hotel the lockers in the men's changing were a bit tired and could do with fixing up.
