Joanna was amazing, this was the first time I was getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed and lash lift tint too, I was quite nervous as I wanted them to look natural and not too dramatic.She listened and made me feel at ease. She's so friendly and brilliantat what she does. I'm so happy with the end result and will definitely be returning
