I had a deep tissue sports massage to target a muscle strain caused during exercise - and it’s not the first injury or visit- and these masseurs know what they’re doing. It’s a whole different experience to a relaxing salon massage (though they do those too) and I feel an instant benefit. It’s my go-to place when I’ve overdone it in the gym, or stressed from working long hours. Excellent.
