Emma was really friendly and knowledgeable however my lift has become way too curly and isn’t sitting well for my eye lid shape. When I called to book back in to get this fixed she was busy and I never received a call back.

Very painful (my bad I didn't check it was strip wax). Should be alright for someone used to strip waxing.

This was a first time waxing for me, so I was expecting it being very painful, however it was not at all. Instead it was quick and completely bearable. Place is small and cosy, but hey welcome to London, also very clean and has everything you need for comfortable and safe treatment. Emma is absolutely amazing in what she is doing, very comforting and professional.
