The overall experience was ok! I suggest this facial cleansing to people without sensitive skins. The ambient is clean and the staff very kind and they are also very good in suggesting treatments. I don't feel like giving more stars because two days after the cleansing my skin is still hurting and I have some red scab on my skin; now I just hope they will go away without scars. Hopefully I will see some results next week.

The ladies were very welcoming and efficient. Although the wax wasn’t perfect, I was happy with the results for the price paid. Will definitely be returning.

Just awful, I want to warn people never ever get a spray than here, they can not do them, I had a full body if you want to call it that and it’s all patchy and my legs don’t even look like they have been done, where my feet definitely do, I’m going in today to ask for my money back,

Honestly the most unpleasant waxing experience I've ever had. I came away feeling absolutely horrible and full of regret. For a start, the room was very dirty. There were no towels, just a stained dirty apron on the back of the door that I had to ask for to cover myself with. There was some cheap paper roll on the bed and nothing to put my face on. If it wasn't an emergency and I hadn't already paid, I would have walked out. I couldn't understand what my therapist was saying because her language skills were poor. I asked for a Brazilian, which I've been having in numerous salons over the years, and she argued with me about what it was I was having and said I would have to pay £10 extra for a Hollywood (which I did in the end even though I had a Brazilian!) She asked me whilst I was on the bed already if another employee could observe (this is a salon, not a beauty training school, so I said no). I explained what I wanted doing several times and even traced the triangle size on to myself with my finger. She proceeded to smother me in wax doing a completely different style and when I questioned why the wax was in places I didn't want it she said "that's what everyone asks for, so I thought that's what you wanted". Very poor communication. Not only was the whole experience truly awful, and I felt like a battery chicken throughout, but I ended up paying £10 more for a style I didn't even want. The shape is obviously uneven (not even a triangle) and there are lots of stray hairs. I usually love getting a wax because I can relax, chat, do nothing and come out feeling and looking great and I've had no problems with Treatwell recommendations before. But at Angel Beauty Parlour I felt really uncared for, and unlistened to and quite vulnerable. The therapist/ beautician made no attempt to talk to me, the salon music was blasting loudly and I came out feeling utterly horrible with the oddest shape wax I've ever seen. I would never go here again, not even in a waxing emergency when they were giving the treatments away!
