She cancelled on me which was ok and then when we were organising to rebook she stopped contacting me after i had messaged a number of times.
I had booked a black friday discount with her and therefore lost out on the discount by having to book somewhere new at full price

I couldn't get through to lady and she did not call me up/emaile or text me to confirm the appointment. She never came. Bad service.
