Very disappointed was told my hair would be dead straight my hair is naturally wavy. Was told not to wash it for 48 hours so i didnt when i washed it and dried it i was left with the same hair as I already had. Made another appointment and andria was happy to do it all again with a higher strength. Again waited 48 hours was told it wouldn’t be harsh on my hair. When i washed it i was left with my normal hair only now it was very very dry and frizzy and not at all straight not even a little bit. Contacted the salon and requested a refund as i wasnt going to try again. They refused and insisted that its impossible to get permanent straight hair and not what they was trying to achieve. They started to change their statements when i first went in. Andria said she did the treatment and in her eyes thats what i paid for and if my hairs dry she would offer a frizz treatment i refused as thats not what i paid for. 5 hours of my time 2and a half each time wasted. And im now £75 short. I was promised straight hair all i got was a very long and expensive wash and blow dry. All in all avoid.!!

I take my mother here for cut and colour. There is always a warm welcome and attentive service. Recommended.
