Really thorough staff,even went back with tweezers for any stray hairs. Treatment carried out professionally in a private space so I felt secure
Arrived at the salon 10 minutes early and, after filling in a short health and safety form was able to begin my treatment straightaway. The room used for waxing is at the back of the salon, out of the way of other clients. My therapist was very quick in completing the treatment and I would definitely visit again!
Worth noting that the salon do have a policy meaning the therapist stays in the room while the client undresses- this did not bother me as she was very discreet and got on with preparing the wax, although I can see others may dislike this more. All in all a great place to go with a lovely atmosphere and professional staff

Lovely place with plenty of parking. Staff left the room for me to get undressed without me asking unlike other reviews I had read. The massage itself was nice - therapist didn't ask about pressure etc which is what I am used to but that may just be the way she has been taught. Lots of one handed moves which I am not used to either. She did however ask if there was any areas that I wanted particular attention paid to which was a nice touch and not something anyone has ever bothered to ask at massages I have had in the past. Sadly the music was playing up during my massage so the therapist just left me to go and fix it without explaining what she was doing or when she had returned etc which came across as a little unprofessional. Also at other points a bright lamp was switched on which kind of ruined the ambience in the room. Overall it was very good value and other staff members in the salon were very friendly. I would recommend and hope to return.
Lovely relaxing massage, fabulous heated bed and nice ambient music. Wasn't sure about getting undressed while staff member was still in the room though...

Excellent service - enjoyed being able to have my nails done on a sunday.Very friendly and professional member of staff with a wide range of gel colours available
