Laima lacks communication, time management and hard skills, even if the specialist knows their job. Throughout the appointment, they stressed out a couple of times on why I booked myself for 40 min face cleaning service instead of 60 min. Why then there is 40 min appointment then ?! As the result of 1 hour treatment, Laima charged 25% more without letting me know in advance the final cost and did a completely different treatment. Laima also struggled with taking a card payment.

Absolutely fabulous, left my session feeling relaxed, happy with glowing skin. Professional person centred treatments with lots of discussion with Laima as to what I want to achieve. Highly recommend .

the first treatment was wonderful with excellent results, the 2nd treatment was great with astonishingly good results.I'm looking forward to the next three sessions. I'm delighted with Laima and with her work on my face and neck. Results were far better than expected.
