Got to the salon and it was like everyone had booked for the same time so my appointment was late , the young lad who started doing my nails was pulling my hands roughly, I had already showed them what treatment I had booked in for, he started doing something else I corrected him and turns out they don’t do that service anymore (even tho it’s on the booking) then I went with plain gels, awful, bulky, all over the skin, also the salon is not the salon in the pictures

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good first experience at this salon. When I arrived, my appointment wasn’t on the system even though I had paid in advance (on treatwell). Once that was sorted out, I was shown to a chair for gel removal and reapplication on my toes. The gel removal was with an electric metal file which is damaging to nails - not a soak off as should have been done. The reapplication was messy and rushed. The salon wasn’t very clean so I couldn’t wait to leave. Disappointing!

Based on reviews, I expected a much better experience and mani/pedi. However, it was sadly not up to standard. My manicure in particular felt very basic, I had to ask for the cuticles to be re-done as it was so rushed and it didn't feel like the relaxed treat i hoped it would be. It was a real shame as I'm so keen to support local businesses but hope they can use this feedback to improve.
