Do not waste your time! Arrived at the venue to be informed she already had another client and ‘no longer uses treatwell’ Despite having appointment booked and confirmed. Awful!

It was more of a normal back neck and shoulders massage. I had a great lot of tension in my back and this should've been worked on the most, but relieved knots in my shoulders. I didn't receive a full hour because another client was late, so I feel time needs to be managed better (perhaps having 15minutes either side of appointments). A nice lady but I didn't feel completely relaxed.
