The decor is clean and modern. I appreciated the music in the treatment room (normal music!).
Batul was v friendly, assessed my needs beforehand and explained what she was doing during the treatment.
Visitors must wait to be allowed in (fine). I was let in a little late, didn't start until 10/15 mins into my booking time and then was finished 'on time', which was a shame considering I booked for 1hr treatment.
Soundproofing of rooms could be improved as I could hear loud chat from next door.
it was a very good massage .. my wife had the mum-to-be massage, and I got the sports massage, we were both very happy and felt much more happy and relaxed afterwards. They also sorted out a problem with the timings of our bookings without fuss. very friendly and professional
