Overall good the treatment are good how products are overprice found the same skin kit half price, a little disappointed by that.
Lady who did my manicure was lovely. However, my nails weren't filed properly and I managed to scratch my skin whilst itching my cheek as my nails were so jagged. The shellac nail polish turned out to be fake and I had nail varnish end up under my nails. Got in my car, felt really upset about my manicure and ended up frantically calling another salon to get it rectified. Really disappointed.
Lovely staff, willing to go above and beyond to make me comfortable; they even waited with me to make sure I got onto a bus safely. The treatment (acrylic nail extensions) was high quality and the beautician spent a long time making sure they were perfect. The ambience left a little to be desired, sitting right next to the door / windows with a breeze coming through and no music playing. However the quality of the service totally outweighed this slight negative.
