Booked for shellac nails with french tips but when I arrived was told technician wasn’t able to do that so settled on normal shellac colour, but not offered refund of the difference paid. Nail technician seemed pleasant but a bit rough trying to cut my nails. Finish of shellac was very poor and messy, I don’t think the polish used was suitable for shellac/gel UV light - very gloopy and chipped and smugged on every nail. It was though a normal nail polish was used. Shame as the location is good

This was a bad experience. Appointment started late, despite being the first of the day (she was still opening up and preparing the shop when I arrived) wax was incredibly hot and burnt my skin in places, waxing was painful and uncontrolled, much more painful, difficult and lengthy than usual, in fact Lisa did not seem to know what she was doing. She said herself that she "doesn't like waxing"!!! If you don't like it, and don't know how to do it properly, then don't offer as a service.
