Treatwell Survey and Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you participate in the Treatwell survey (the “Survey”) and subsequent prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) (together, the “Survey and Prize Draw”) as these will apply. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not participate in the Survey and Prize Draw. Please note that our Terms & Policies as set out at https://www.treatwell.co.uk/info/terms-of-use/ for the UK and https://www.treatwell.ie/info/terms-of-use/ for Ireland will continue to apply to your use of https://www.treatwell.co.uk/ for the UK and https://www.treatwell.ie/ for Ireland respectively (the “Websites”) and the Treatwell marketplace application (the “App”) and to any bookings you make on either the Websites or the App. The organiser of the Survey and Prize Draw is Hotspring Ventures Limited (t/a Treatwell), Calder & Co, 16 Charles II Street, London, SW1Y 4NW (“Treatwell”).  

ELIGIBILITY: The Survey and Prize Draw is open to United Kingdom and Ireland residents aged 18 and over. Entrants must (1) click on the link within the email containing the invite to the Survey, (2) answer all questions in the survey and (3) successfully submit their answers, in order to be entered into the Prize Draw. The Survey and Prize Draw will close at 23:59 GMT on 24th December 2017. There will be one winner in total (the “Winner”) of the Prize Draw. Any entries made other than via the online survey form will not be included. The Winner will be drawn by 31st January 2018. The Prize Draw excludes employees of Treatwell and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the Survey and Prize Draw. The Winner may be asked to provide proof of ID. No purchase necessary. Entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, agents, or entries automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. No bulk entries.

THE PRIZE: The Winner will be eligible to receive £100 Treatwell Gift Card (the “Prize”). There is one Prize available to win; the Winner will be randomly selected from the entries submitted online via the online survey form. Please note Treatwell Gift Cards must be redeemed within 12 months. The Prize may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative is available. Treatwell reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another of the same value.

WINNER SELECTION: The Winner will be selected in a random draw of the entries submitted online via the available survey form by 23:59 GMT on 24th December 2017 The Winner will be contacted if he/she has won by 23:59 GMT on 31st January 2018. The redemption of the Prize is subject to availability and is subject to change at the discretion of Treatwell.
DATA PROTECTION: If you choose to participate in the Survey and Prize Draw Treatwell will receive your email address and answers to the questions, which will include a question on your age range and gender, although for the latter you are free to decline to answer. If you are selected as the Winner Treatwell will ask you to submit your full name and email address with which to receive the Prize as well as your postal address if you wish to receive the Prize by post. If you do not have a Treatwell account you will be required to set one up prior to receiving your Prize and must inform Treatwell of the email address which you have used to sign up. The personal information will be collected, processed and used by Treatwell as data controller in accordance with Treatwell’s Privacy & Cookie Policy which can be found here: https://www.treatwell.co.uk/info/privacy-policy/ for the UK and https://www.treatwell.ie/info/privacy-policy/ for Ireland. By entering the Survey and Prize Draw and providing the personal information listed above, you agree to receiving communications regarding the Survey and Prize Draw and your Prize from Treatwell.

All entrants have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. The entrant may exercise this right by writing to: Hotspring Ventures Limited, 16 Charles II Street (c/o Calder & Co), London SW1Y 4NW or to help@treatwell.co.uk for the UK, or customer.care@treatwell.ie for Ireland.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Treatwell cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of entries due to technical problems or network difficulties. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of delivery. By participating in the Survey and Prize Draw, you agree that you participate at your own risk. Except that Treatwell does not exclude or limit its liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded, Treatwell accepts no liability in relation to an individual's participation (or inability to participate) in the Survey and Prize Draw to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other type of damages related to or arising from the Survey and Prize Draw or your participation in the Survey and Prize Draw.

SEVERANCE: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected and remain in force.

GOVERNING LAW: The Survey and Prize Draw and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom for entrants in the United Kingdom or with the laws of Ireland for entrants in Ireland. You and we each agree that the English and/or Irish courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from, or related to, the Survey and Prize Draw or these Terms & Conditions.
