We're saying goodbye to spas

Here's what you need to know

UK_Escapes_Closing_LP_Mobile_Header

From the 1st January 2021 Spa days and breaks are no longer bookable on Treatwell, this doesn't affect any existing bookings or eVouchers.

  • If you have an existing booking, everything is in hand and your visit will go ahead as planned.
  • If you have an eVoucher, simply contact the spa to book in.
  • For any queries about your spa day or break, or to make any changes to an existing booking, please contact the spa.

We've pulled together some information that will hopefully help with any questions you may have:

Spa Days and Breaks

I have a spa day/break booked, will it still go ahead?

Yes everything is in hand and your visit will go ahead as planned. If you have any questions about your booking please contact the Spa using the contact details in your confirmation email.

How do I find out what is included in my service?

We advise you to get in touch with the Spa directly for more information about your service/package. You will find their contact details in your confirmation email.

How can I reschedule my spa day?

If you need to reschedule your booking please contact the Spa directly using the contact details in the confirmation email.

I’ve tried to contact the Spa but they haven't got back to me, who else can help me?

If you’ve not been able to contact the Spa please get in touch with us here and we’ll try to help you out.

The venue told me that I can get a refund but asked to contact Treatwell as they can’t process it.

Please fill the following form and we’ll try to help you out. Please make sure to provide all the details of your voucher/booking.

E-vouchers

How can I redeem my eVoucher?
Simply get in touch with the Spa (check the confirmation for their contact information) to make the booking!

Can I have my eVoucher extended?

Just to let you know, we’ve automatically extended the expiry date for all Treatwell eVouchers and credit notes that were due to expire between November and the end of January. You now have until 31st March 2021 to use it and it will allow you to book to end June (as you can book 90 days ahead). Please note that we expect a cut off point of 1st July 2021 for eVouchers, so beyond that date it will likely not be possible to redeem an expired eVoucher.

The venue told me that they are happy to extend my eVoucher but advised to contact you to get this done.

Please fill the following form and we’ll try to help you out. Please make sure to provide all the details of your voucher/booking.

I’ve recently given someone an evoucher, what should I do?

No need to worry as the eVouchers will continue to be valid for the validity period advertised when they were bought - all they have to do is to contact the spa directly to make the booking.

I can’t use my eVoucher and/or attend my spa booking, can I get a refund?

Please fill the following form and we’ll try to help you out. Please make sure to provide all the details of your voucher/booking. Please note the refund can only be processed to the original method of payment.

Someone else bought this spa day/voucher for me. Do you need to speak to them, too? As long as you are able to provide the details of the voucher that will not be necessary.
